Deepak Ponnuswamy is a chemical engineer with a background in process and operations engineering. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Deepak worked in process engineering at Phycal in Cleveland, followed by process and operations roles at TETRA Technologies, Pilot Chemical Company and Siluria Technologies in the United States.

Hima Mandavyapuram holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru, and a Master of Science in Technology Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University. Hima worked in business development at Arteriocyte and Phycal in Cleveland, and later at Biocon in Bengaluru.
